Only 35% of US teachers and 31% of administrators describe their schools' students as "engaged," according to new data we're releasing soon. This sparked a conversation with superintendents and educators during an exclusive roundtable discussion. Explore with us how engaged students and teachers can have a positive impact on some of the top challenges in education today in the coming weeks.

Today I had the opportunity to chat with superintendents and educators about the real conversations we're having about the challenges of school today. New data soon to be released by LEGO Education tells us that only 35% of US teachers and 31% of administrators describe their schools’ students as “engaged.” Our discussion focused on how engaged students, staff and families can positively impact some of the top challenges education is facing today - like absenteeism, teacher retention and mental health. Both students and teachers need meaningful, playful, enjoyable experiences to enable powerful engagement in the classroom. Thank you to all the panelists for the discussion today and opportunity to share ideas on how we keep working together to create more meaningful learning experiences for all students and teachers.  Dr. Karen Cheser Alberto Carvalho Dr. Alex Marrero Vicki Davis

Feedback from educators is invaluable. We have similar struggles in our afterschool and summer programming. We're looking forward to the results of your study.

We use Lego Spike Essentials and Prime in an after school environment, the Learning through Play a Lego initiative approach has made an Impact in our Children! Mind you….. we have found out it works and we believe we should train out Educators (and Administrators) in order to scale our reach to more Children
