An inspiring message for us coaches : let’s support individuals and teams on their journey, and experience resilience to go further.
Here is the message I shared with my team members at AceUp at 6:17 am on Wednesday, November 6th, the morning after the Presidential Election results in the US. Some of them encouraged me to share it here. I hope it resonates with some of you. My dear friends, in the US and around the world, I hope you find rest this weekend and come back on Monday with a fire in your heart and soul to work harder than ever to make this world a better, more inclusive, and connected place for all. ____ Good morning team, I trust this message finds you well on this Wednesday morning. It was important to me to reach out to you today with a message of hope and unity. Regardless of where each of us stands politically, there’s no denying that this beautiful country, the United States of America, feels deeply divided today. In times like these—and again, regardless of what you believe in or who you vote for—it is normal to feel anxious, concerned, discouraged, or even scared. I want you to know that your leadership is here for you today more than ever. As you know, our purpose at AceUp is to empower individuals, help them unleash their potential, bring team members together, build bridges where there may be division and conflict, foster trust and understanding among people from all backgrounds, and revive human connections within organizations and in our world to build a better future for all. Today, while I am aware of the significant challenges our country and the world are facing, I believe we are reminded of how essential our mission is in these times. I want you to know that I am more determined than ever to contribute, through the work we do together, to shaping a more resilient, compassionate, and connected world. I want each of you to be proud of the work we do and the impact we make every day on so many lives and communities around the world. Let’s continue to stand by our purpose and commit, more than ever, to making a positive impact in this world. I am incredibly proud of the work we do together, of you for supporting our purpose, and I am inspired every day by the dedication each of you brings to our mission. Let’s look ahead with hope, compassion, and the conviction that we can make a difference—one person, one team, one organization, one community at a time. Thank you for being part of this journey. My gratitude toward each of you knows no bounds, and my affection is profound. With love, Will _____ #humancentered #leadership #USelection #unity #hopeandchange #inclusivity #makingadifference #buildingbridges #futureofwork #teamwork #positivieimpact #communitybuilding #empowerment #inspirechange #resilience #strength #love

Has it really been eighteen years, Thiyagu SFM ? It has, hasn’t it? Today, I want to introduce you all to someone very special, Thiyagarajan, or as we fondly call him, Thiyagu, our Assistant General Manager - Administration. When I think of Thiyagu, I still picture that young, eager soul ready to take on the world. There are people who say they want to learn, and then there are people like Thiyagu, who dive headfirst into every opportunity with their whole heart. Honestly, there’s so much to say about him that I don’t know where to start. Thiyagu isn’t just a part of this organization; he’s been its backbone for so many of us. I vividly remember the early days when we were setting up stations across the country, a herculean task, to say the least. Thiyagu was part of that core team, ensuring that amidst the chaos, our lives were just a little easier. And oh boy, did he rise to the occasion! Whether it was a late-night call or a last-minute need, Thiyagu was always there, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even now, I remember the day he got married. He was the groom, and yet there he was, making sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. That’s Thiyagu for you, always thinking about others, always going above and beyond. His journey from an executive to AGM is nothing short of inspiring. Admin work often gets labeled as just paperwork, but trust me, and trust Thiyagu, it’s so much more than that. It’s about understanding people’s needs, managing endless tasks, organizing chaos, and still keeping everything running like clockwork. And if anyone can do it all with grace, it’s him. Here’s to you, Thiyagu, for your hard work, your determination, and for being the man of steel who holds everything together. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do! #HoomansOfRedFM

NYE always seems like a good time to reflect back on what’s gone well (and not so well…) as we don’t often get time to take a breather when we’re in the thick of it. So here’s the round up👇🏽 👉🏽 2018: Graduated from Uni with an Economics degree that has not helped me EVEN JUST A BIT… However, met some fantastic people that I call my friends (and eventually my wife). 👉🏽 2019: First year of working at IWS having hardly ever worked in an office environment. Spent the first 6 months wondering if I was even useful there (that worked out in the end…) Pitched at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for water conservations projects successfully Also started this little idea I had called Ummazing which in years to come would be a passion of mine and get us on world stages (alhamdullilah) 👉🏽 2020: Covid hits and chaos everywhere! Pivoted the business into commercial disinfection and set up MYDIS as a bio-security brand within the industries we worked with. Even had to learn to drive a fork lift! Met the likes of David Haye too (not too shabby). 👉🏽 2021: Things started to get back to normality and continued to work hard on the things in front of us. Had the lovely guys from LDP Business Services (thank you Johnny Janes & Danny Smith) move in downstairs and together we created our first lead generation machines for various sectors and this is where Astro Leads was born. Great year too because I got married - tiny covid wedding mind you and bought our own little property (alhamdullilah) 👉🏽 2022: Grew MYDIS into a full-on team with its own engineering and sales function and partnered with the likes of Hikvision UK & Ireland and DVS Ltd to become industry-leaders in security for agriculture and food processing. 👉🏽 2023: Went to Houses of Parliament for our work at Ummazing and continued to grow our vision across the UK. MYDIS managed to secure larger supermarket contracts and continued its growth in these sectors with the help of Craig J. 👉🏽 2024: Biggest accomplishment to date: had my first little boy who’s given me renewed energy to keep pushing on to bigger and better things! 👉🏽 2025: In the wise words of Delia Smith... 'LETSSS BE HAVING YoOOUU' May it be a year of success and barakah for everyone (Insha'Allah) #Roundupto2025 #Grateful #Alhamdullilah

Wow, 2024 was a year of unexpected connections and transformative moments! Sometimes, life's most meaningful lessons come from the most unexpected places - like rescuing a stunned Blue Jay in the parking lot and realizing that, just like in our careers, everyone needs a little support to find their way. This year marked a significant transition for me, moving from Excel Partners to become Managing Director of Consulting Services at Forum Group Connecticut. But it was never just about a job title - it was about continuing my mission of changing lives, one meaningful connection at a time. Community became my compass this year. Volunteering with the The Westport Library's Professional Networking Group wasn't just about giving advice - it was about creating a supportive space where job seekers could rediscover their potential. When we shared insights about LinkedIn and answered all their questions, I was reminded that every career journey is unique and deserves personalized support. Some moments that truly captured the spirit of 2024: • Celebrating my daughter Summer Pisacich's graduation from Loyola University Maryland, a proud parent moment that reminded me how much we grow when we're supported. https://lnkd.in/esE4KMWH • Volunteering at the Westport Professionals Networking Group, where our team's passion for helping others truly shines through. https://lnkd.in/eQ-GiDUb • Giving back with colleagues, proving that at Forum Group Connecticut, LLC , it's about more than placements, it's about building relationships. https://lnkd.in/e7gxjBwn Grateful to my Excel Partners, Inc. Partners colleagues for 4 incredible years, and to the Forum Group Connecticut, LLC team for welcoming me into a culture that understands the true heart of staffing: connecting with people, not just filling roles. Looking ahead to 2025, I'm excited to continue expanding our impact - not through grand gestures, but through those small, meaningful moments that truly change lives. Here's to another year of building connections, supporting dreams, and remembering that everyone deserves a chance to spread their wings. #CareerGrowth #CommunityImpact #Leadership #StaffingIndustry #GivingBack #LinkedInRewind #Coauthor #2024wrapped #FGC #ForumGroupCT
A New Year is a chance to create new stories of success together. From Forum Group Connecticut, we wish you an inspiring 2025! #HappyNewYear

FourBlock Wednessday Spotlight: Building the Right Relationships! This week, our #VirtualWest Cohort dived into the pivotal topic of "Building the Right Relationships," with tremendous support from our community partners at MGM . A big shoutout to Justin Fronberg who was a one man army answer any and every question our Cohort had from him. He also kicked off our conversation on the power of strategic networking. Key Takeaways: 💡 Strategic Outreach: It’s not just about reaching out—it's about connecting with the right people who align with your professional aspirations. Targeted outreach can truly change the game. 💡 Informational Interviews: Use these conversations to gain insights, broaden your knowledge, and discover opportunities you might have missed. It’s a powerful tool for expanding your network. 💡 Follow-Up Matters: Building lasting relationships requires more than just an initial introduction. Remember to stay engaged, show appreciation, and nurture those connections over time. 💡 Networking for Success: It’s not about collecting contacts but cultivating genuine relationships that can support and guide your professional journey. Building meaningful connections is transformative in today’s professional world, and we are so grateful to MGM for exemplifying this impact. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated coaches Melody C., John Wojcik, Dixie Banner, Ging Yeung, MASSS • PMP • PMI-ACP • SMC and Joshua Moody for their unwavering support. Together, we are empowering our veterans to forge paths to success. Thank you to all who make these sessions possible!
