International Business Development Manager at Belkins - #1 Ranked Appointment Setting Agency | TOP-50 Service Companies Globally 2023 by Clutch
Happy Birthday, Belkins 🎉 For the past 5 years, before finally joining the team, I’ve been following on team’s growth and success stories with top-customer leaders around the world. Over the past two months since becoming a part of the Business Development department at Belkins, I have no doubt that 7 years is just a starting point on the way to something immensely massive. After two months of onboarding, being immersed into the company’s culture and first interactions with customers proved to me right that I’m a part of a leading business in appointment setting services. Here are my insights on what makes the team to be such a coherent mechanism: 1. Shared Goals: Our team is united by a common mission - To provide businesses with impactful growth solutions. 2. Communication: Transparent and continuous communication within each department and the absence of micro-management really make a difference in the working environment. 3. Feedback Culture: At Belkins, feedback is a tool for growth. I’m proud to work alongside such bright-minded and intelligent professionals as Margaret Lee (Kashuba), Martha Kruk, and Kseniia Drachuk, who put me in an open, supportive, and ecological environment from day 1. I’m grateful to Michael Maximoff and Vladyslav Podoliako for making things happen and excited to create a world where business growth is no longer a challenge :) Feel free to check our website and recently added Case Studies. Let's collaborate and excel 🙌 💫

"I help people tell better stories in business, work & life." Founder @ Your Story Bag | Storyteller | Story Consultant | Story Coach | Podcaster | TEDx Speaker | LICAP 2022 | LinkedIn Top Voice 2024
When I was in my early 20’s, closer to the time I moved from my small town to the bustling capital of New Delhi, I realised I wanted to grow old. Around the time I reached adulthood, I wanted to blow my candles quick! I wanted to be in my 40’s. 20 years back, I didn’t see youth as a privilege. I saw it as a grind. I was hustling. I wanted that hustle that move to the next stage where I didn’t have to prove myself. I had seen my college seniors and then older colleagues at work, many of them women who seemed more in control of their lives, their minds and their presence. I wanted that poise. That confidence to be myself in my skin. To be a contributor. To have a mind of her own. To be heard. To be available for someone younger. To be a support to another woman or even a man in work or in life. To be something. To be someone! Now, in my 40’s, I’m also grateful for the youth that didn’t create a mirage of my own worth. I wasn’t trapped in my love for my youth. I love ageing. I love my greys, my wrinkles and everything else. I came late to the fitness party. And that’s the only small niggle I carry. Maybe I could have started a decade earlier. But then, when I look at my own story…of someone struggling to win against time, find purpose and push my own boundaries, my mental fitness was my primary priority. As workplaces grow and swell, it’s important to have these conversations. I can imagine insecurities, doubts and ideas of longevity can step into the best of us. As workforces change, let’s look at what do we mean by ‘prime’. Let’s talk about ageism. Wisdom. Experience. Let’s talk about how can we create inter-generational conversations at home, at work and everywhere else! Our stories are a work in progress. How we see it is more important than how we tell it. Good Morning! #Storytelling #StorytellingWithRituparna

Ageism is so yesterday and yet it prevails! What are your thoughts? Ageing is a privilege, and the wisdom often taken for granted. #DigitalMarketing #DigitalDreams #ageism

[Happy anniversary Jenna] To celebrate, here are 11 lessons from 11 years: 🕐 Challenges can bring you together if you let them. 🕑 You think you’re busy before having kids. You’re not. 🕒 Making memories is the name of the game. 🕓 The years race by faster and faster. Find ways to slow down. 🕔 Two people focused on the same priority is a powerful force. 🕕 Appreciate how your partner’s strengths help you to do what you love. 🕖 Boring things become fun and meaningful when you do them together. 🕗 You think you’re tired before having kids. You’re not. 🕘 We all love to do certain things. Give each other space to enjoy that time. 🕙 It’s never too late for chocolate. 🕚 Some fresh air and a conversation always helps. Thanks Jenna for making all our years so far so memorable. With love, B P.S. – What would you add to these lessons?
