The event was packed with insightful discussions and invaluable networking opportunities, giving us fresh perspectives on the evolution of customer loyalty. Throughout the event, we saw a big focus on making loyalty programs more appealing to younger audiences, premium leisure travellers, and infrequent travellers. There was also a lot of discussion about how enhancing personalization and creating seamless, enjoyable experiences can have a big impact on a program’s relevance. Moreover, we also talked about the importance of tapping into technology, particularly AI, to elevate personalization, strengthen fraud detection, and enhance operational efficiency. The event was a wonderful experience for our team, and we were thrilled to meet so many experts imparting the best of their knowledge.
