🌐 With the #EHDS Europe takes one step closer to improving patient care by making it easier and faster for patients to access and control their health data and for data to be used to drive healthcare innovation. 🏛️ The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union have now reached a provisional agreement on the European Health Data Space (EHDS), a new regulation making it easier to exchange and access health data at the EU level. A new study entitled "How do we judge our health?" has now been published. It takes a systemic look at the Austrian healthcare system! Austria's healthcare landscape is at a pivotal moment, transcending financial considerations. The FAS Research study, which was conducted in collaboration with the Vinzenz Gruppe, Siemens Healthineers, hospitals Projektentwicklungsges.m.b.H. and Mavie Next, goes beyond conventional methods. We haven't just addressed symptoms; we've delved into the systemic causes of challenges in our healthcare system. The systemic overview emphasizes that we're all in the same boat! We continuously learn from patients. It does not matter where we help patients understanding their care path. On average they are very satisfied all around Europe. And yes, we are happy with all the positive feedback nevertheless our focus is on the negative. If a patient is not happy, we want to understand why.
