If you want to be a woman in power then empower other woman. I totally believe in supporting women and helping them to reach their targets in their lives. This was one of the session where we tried to enhance their Social Media Skills by which they can promote their business and grow more.. We all know Social Media and its benefits but how to use it for your business growth is something we miss it. Here are few simple tips to be taken care: 1. Repurposing Content 2. Posting reviews/testimonials/videos as social proofs 3. Focus on user education in an engaging way rather just promotion 4. Doing Polls/Surveys to know users' choices 5. Spending on small budget ads to boost your videos/posts 6. Ad scheduling as per the users peak time on social media platforms 7. International Women’s Day, a day of celebration of women’s contribution to the world of work but also a day to recall that #women in informal #employment account for more than 85 per cent of total women employment in low-income countries and that they are more likely to be found among the most vulnerable groups in the informal economy, such as contributing family workers, home-based workers, or domestic workers. AMAZON , Don’t destroy AMAZON Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes. This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles. It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth . Let’s young leaders control future of our planet. NATO and Organization are responsible to bring peace not to manufacturing war guns and tools . We are all in one ship . Please don’t make hole our ship . I believe that all conflicts come from our old decision makers, we normal human have no conflict at all . We want to live in peace .

What better way on International Women's Day to have a post written by our women? Our own Florence Obonyo wrote the following post about what #inspireinclusion means at Florensis Kenya: Women make up over 70% of the total workforce at Florensis Kenya, dominating all job categories. Integrated their outstanding skills in planning, organizing, multitasking, and attention to detail, which are all key to the smooth running of our operations. As a family business, empathy is a prerequisite in maintaining one of our core values, which is to be personal. And it is self-evident that women naturally excel in this trait.  Our deep appreciation for our ladies inspires us to keep them motivated and empowered. To do this, we launched a multi-pronged gender mainstreaming plan in 2019, to address challenges stemming from flawed policies, cultural biases, limited awareness, and limited support systems. The plan which involves setting up projects within the organization to address challenges regarding social empowerment, economic empowerment, and career development for our ladies, is continually being executed in 3 categories. The first is by providing education and awareness on critical issues affecting women, such as sexual health, financial literacy, and involvement of our ladies in technological advancements and innovations within the organization, which aligns with this year's Women's Day theme to #InspireInclusion. The second category focuses on resources and support such as the availability of free daycare, library, ECD, lactation facility and equipment, provision of sanitary materials, in-kind benefits, and support for beneficiaries.  The third category focuses on safeguards such as conducting periodic gender audits, ensuring occupational health and safety, especially for vulnerable groups, bridging the living wage gap, ensuring transparent processes, and reviewing policies to support women's empowerment by eliminating all forms of harassment and discrimination.  As we commit to increasing our support for our ladies, we wish all women a happy International Women's Day. #IWD2024 #ChooseToChallenge #WomensRights #GenderEquality
