One Step Away From Becoming an HR Professional ✨ Ever since I graduated from college, I have wanted to change my career path to HR. But achieving this goal was not easy. I tried to continue learning to understand the field of Human Resource through various trainings from basic to advanced level. The last human resource training I attended was at Harisenin.com by taking the human resource program. I learned more about end-to-end human resource management starting from recruitment & placement, training & development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations. I am also very grateful to Aurellia Salsabila as the moderator who always makes the atmosphere more cheerful and active. In addition, I do not forget to say to the mentors who always provide a lot of knowledge related to human resources during the bootcamp, Mareda Fenty Nugraheni W, Maria Giovanni, Hendra Purnama, and others that I cannot mention one by one. When I attended the Human Resource Bootcamp at harisenin.com, I was trained to work on a real human resource project in corporation with PT Darma Persada, and I was also trusted to become a team leader in the project with my extraordinary members, namely Qattrunnada Alifah, Bayu Kusuma Wardani, Kadek Gemalha, Indah Permata Sari Widhianto, Nadya Azmi, Luthfi Dahlan, Fahrul Aji, Imam Hanif Wicaksono, guided by my team buddy Chandra Arsy Pangestu. In the project we made recommendations related to manpower planning, workload analysis, recruitment process flow, KPI & OKR, on boarding flow, training & development, wage structure and scale, employee agreement letter (PKWT & PKWTT), company regulations etc. For details of the projects we have worked on, you can access the following link https://lnkd.in/eKRyeEE2 My career path since graduating from college has been quite diverse, from being an educational consultant to being a warehouse supervisor. For me, a fairly diverse career journey will broaden my horizons related to different fields of science. Personally, I am also very grateful to Aida Zahrotunnisa, who always motivates and inspires me to keep trying to change my career to Human Resources. I tried to restart my career journey by joining an internship as Human Capital at Harisenin.com as a career foundation in the field of Human Resources. I learned a lot about the work done as an HR with direct guidance from Yasyaa Roghy Syauqi as HRBP at harisenin.com. During my internship, I worked with a great team, namely Ghitha Tharra Asfari as SPV HC Apprentice, Ica Nurtarisa, Qattrunnada Alifah, Nadia -, and Francisca Jasmine Prasasti Dinar Xavie. To appreciate my struggle so far, I present my portfolio that describes my journey to become an HR. My portfolio can be accessed through the following link: https://lnkd.in/eX7bFT6p Thank you for reading the story of my career journey 😊

Hello connections, I had just finished my internshala Human resources training course and it was quite the journey. I'm thrilled to share my experience! So picture this,The course layout was well-structured, with easy-to-follow modules covering various HR aspects like recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Each module was packed with valuable insights and practical examples, case studies making the learning process engaging and enjoyable. The interactive quizzes and assignments helped reinforce my learning. One of the highlights of the course was the flexibility it offered. As a busy individual juggling work and other commitments, I appreciated being able to learn at my own pace and from the comfort of my home. Also the QnA forum is supportive, they respond within 24 hours . The drawback of this course is, I think they should teach in other languages also besides English. And Some topics could have been explored in more depth. Overally, If anyone looking for a beginner level HRM training or course ,I would highly recommend this course to them. This will not only increase your knowledge but will also enhance your resume. Because of it's N.S.D.C certificate and internshala certificate. Additionally, internshala provides free interview preparation with this course. I will review that too when it's finished. So stay tuned! Happy leaning!😊 #linkedin #internshala #HRmanagement #learningexperience

Starting my internship journey as a Human Resources Recruitment and Industrial Relations Staff at Sekolah Kak Seto since July 1 has given me many valuable lessons. Here are some interesting experiences that I got during this first month: 1. Recruitment: I was given the opportunity to directly participate in the recruitment process which includes the stages of CV screening, psychological tests, microteaching (for teacher/tutor candidates), and interviews with users. I am proud to be able to filter more than 100 CVs in a day, act as an observer in microteaching sessions, and of course become an assistant interviewee (Recruitment Staff) in the interview process with Users. 2. Scoring Psychological Test Tools: My experience includes the melody of the DISC and PAPI Kostick test tools, as well as scoring for the CFIT, DISC, PAPI Kostick, and Kraepelin test tools. 3. Performance Assessment: I successfully modified the employee performance assessment system and distributed performance assessment forms to users for employees whose contracts had expired. This process enriched my understanding of using Excel formulas to get performance assessment results automatically. 4. Employee Attendance: I also got the chance to learn and compile employee attendance for July, which helped me understand the importance of attendance administration and how it is important in employee payroll later because it is interrelated. 5. Time Report: I was given the opportunity to compile time reports before being distributed to each employee. I compiled time reports for approximately 60 employees from July, August, September, October, November, and December. During this one month, I didn't just learn about the technical aspects of HR, but also developed my problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail skills. This experience really opened my eyes and I am very grateful to be part of an amazing team at Sekolah Kak Seto. I can't wait to continue learning and contributing more in the coming months.
