“We primarily use Navattic demos to guide prospects from the consideration stage into conversion. Users who viewed the interactive demo page are almost 4x more likely to convert compared to those who didn't.” How Keena Desai at Fivetran increased website conversion rates using an interactive demo landing page. Her tip for building high-converting demos: Think about your audience: “We think about the audience and their stage in the funnel. Our onboarding demos are quick and to the point, while our prospecting demos show features our customers like, balancing length and highlighting key features based on team feedback.” Read or watch the full interviews under “Customer Interviews” on our blog. 📁 Interactive Demo Examples: Outbound Sequences See quotes from customers on 3 unique ways they used interactive demos as part of their outbound strategy. Sequence #1: Reach out to leads or accounts going through your interactive demos ”At Dooly we achieved a 461% increase in qualified pipeline by sending product sign-up leads to BDRs and sending Navattic product tours” Sequence #2: Create use case or persona messages with matching demos ”Receiving a demo on a feature a prospect was most interested in feels more personalized than sending a plain follow-up email or one-pager, and is just as scalable for our team to share.” Sequence #3: Send to re-engage leads or warm up leads ”We leverage our SDRs to send out tours, which I think is a great way to get prospects warmed up to our services and help them understand a day in the life using Demandbase.” Read the write-up to see customer examples ⬇️

One of our "Analyze tier 📈" customers shared this screenshot from their Hubspot while we were having our monthly demo catchup. It actually made me giddy with excitement. They bump lead scores if the prospect has visited the demo page, and then give an additional score if the prospect has viewed a demo to completion. 😍 It's a great example of why choosing an interactive demo gives marketers more concrete evidence of prospect intent. The people who have viewed their demos to completion aren't "half-watching" a video, they're experiencing and understanding the product in a real way. We workshopped how they can add more points if they've viewed multiple demos, which ties in nicely with the HowdyGo demo center they've recently added to their website. It's a collection of feature demos for the 2nd most popular aspects of their product. So far 21% of people are viewing a second demo on their demo center🏅, so I'm excited to see where this goes for them.

Creating a lasting impression with your prospects is key 🔑 Getting creative with how you showcase your product can make a big difference. Here are a few ideas to consider: ✅ Interactive demos Let your prospects directly interact with your product. Whether it’s a clickable tour, a drag-and-drop feature showcase, or a simulated trial, interactive demos make learning about a new product easy. ✅ Personalized demos Take it a step further by tailoring demos to your potential customers. This way, you’re highlighting features and letting your personality shine. Remember, creating demos doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Focus on what works for the company unless it’s a key prospect. ✅Live Q&A sessions Host live Q&A sessions to address questions and demonstrate your product in real-time. This builds trust and allows prospects to see the product’s capabilities first-hand. Encourage interaction by letting viewers ask questions. Want to read more? There’s a link in the comments 👇

Re-engaging cold leads can be challenging. So, how do you earn their attention when there’s not much educating left to do? According to Tara Robertson, Head of Demand Generation at Chili Piper, interactive demos can be an effective way to do it because: 👉Your prospects can explore the latest version and features of your product at their own pace 👉It provides a hands-on experience of the product that can also be personalized 👉It helps break away from the "please book a demo again" loop In our latest GTM On-The-Go episode, Tara talks about how interactive demos fit into a demand generation strategy and more. 2 years ago, we went "Beyond demos" with a viral product suite called "Beyond demos." "Beyond demos" was all about new features that went beyond our core interactive demo platform, giving GTM leaders the ability to extract more value— beyond the O.G demo offering we introduced to the world in 2020. I'm beyond happy to share our new product suite - Beyond "Beyond demos" - where we're going further beyond "beyond demos". By going beyond "Beyond demos", our customers can manage all communication with prospects in one place: email correspondence, optimizing demo engagement, and collaborating with prospects using files that go beyond demos—like our new "playlist" feature, where videos, images, documents, and contracts can all be seamlessly shared beyond the first demo call. We're planning to go much beyond Beyond "Beyond demos" in the near future. And of course, big thanks to our amazing team that went beyond, beyond, beyond, beyond... Oh, f__k it. You get it. Anyway! When I think about all the intent signals out there – from email opens to clicks – few have been as impactful to me in outbound as interactive demos. Not only are they generating 3X more engagement than videos, but they’ve quickly become a must-have for teams. Here’s why they’re making such a big impact: Self-guided experiences: Prospects get to explore your product at their own pace. The hands-on experience is more personal, letting them discover value in a way that traditional videos just don’t offer. Faster qualification: By tracking which sections of the demo prospects engage with, you can quickly identify who’s serious about buying and tailor your follow-up based on the features they care about. Reduced friction: No more long waits to see the product. Interactive demos let you demonstrate value from the very first touchpoint. Interactive demos are helping teams connect with prospects more meaningfully. Have you thought about incorporating them into your outbound strategy? With Navattic’s new freemium plan, you can now create interactive demos for free.

In case you haven’t been on Linkedin this morning – We just launched a free version of our product here at Navattic. Speaking with GTM teams, one of the main objections I’ve heard is that they’d love to try interactive demos, but getting budget and buy-in from leadership is a blocker. So, we decided to remove that barrier. Now, anyone can create and share one interactive HTML demo – completely free. You can use it for everything from website tours to feature announcements to sales outreach. (Guess which one is my favorite 😅) If you’ve been curious about using interactive demos, this is your chance to give it a shot without any risk. Just a simple, effective way to start engaging your audience. Curious to see how this can fit into your strategy? Sign-up, after all it's free.

📺 How Alexander Yant at Slope creates highly personalized demo environments for his prospects using checklists and personalization variables. "Prospects really enjoy the personalized aspects of our demos, it can help relax any tensions and make it less seem like a rigid sales experience and more of just kind of a fun conversation." Building Tips: Use variables: We also personalize each demo with personalization variables so they see their name on the page, their title, and their site in the demo environment. Keep flows concise: We aim to make our demos concise and impactful, showing only the most relevant and engaging parts of our platform.
