Through my journey so far, I was fortunate enough to work closely with colleagues on the same goals and personal growth. The disbalance between employee benefits was something I have struggled to bring to everyone in the team in the companies I've worked with. That is why I want to bring this to as many companies, with the goal of unified employee benefits across companies. #HR #HumanResources

Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.

Honesty - one of the most important thing for a successful person.

In 2024 one of my areas of focus is communication. The post below sums it up perfectly. As leaders, we can be empathetic and care for our teams. AND we can be unequivocal about the quality we require. Our people are hungry to learn and evolve into better versions of themselves. As should we as managers and leaders. Symbiosis at its best.

Great MSD, Great Msg Well said… Honesty enable you or for that matter enable anyone to find out their real problems or challenges so that you correct it with right solution. It’s applicable in all area whether sports, personal relation, corporates, research, everywhere….
