He will focus on championing the customer first mindset of the company, and his responsibilities will include media & performance marketing, brand strategy & creative development, product & revenue management, digital consumer commerce platforms and marketing analytics & data science. Joe will be based at our Philadelphia HQ.    Welcome Joe!

Please join us in welcoming Steve Baker to the Pep Boys team as the Fleet Department’s Vice President and General Manager! Steve has had a career in go-to-market operations and general management roles, including president, general manager, and group commercial VP positions at publicly traded and private companies. He will primarily be responsible for expanding the Pep Boys fleet sales business by acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with current customers, and identifying and executing the Company’s commercial strategic opportunities. Steve has spent the last six months as a consultant to Pep Boys, learning the Company and the industry, and envisions an expanded presence for Pep Boys fleet in the automotive aftermarket industry with clear and unique value propositions.   Congratulations and welcome, Steve!

With nearly 30 years of experience in global sourcing and supply chain management, Molly brings an abundance of knowledge to her role at Pep Boys. She will be primarily responsible for driving transformation and evolution in our supply chain initiatives, as well as maximizing profitability through data-driven decision making. Molly’s expertise will support Pep Boys’ goals to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness within our organization. His proficiency in security, enriched through governance, risk management, and compliance oversight, establishes a robust foundation. In his new role, Tim will oversee the ongoing evolution of current programs, aiming to enhance our capabilities. We’re pleased to welcome Sam Hanson to the team as our new AVP of Construction. Sam comes with a wealth of experience as well as a proven track record in the construction industry. In his new role, he will focus on our national development program as well as Pep Boys’ existing real estate portfolio. Sam’s expertise will be instrumental in the efficiency and effectiveness of our construction team as well as modernizing the customer experience in our Service Centers. We’re thrilled to welcome Heather Waring, CTP to the Pep Boys team as our new Vice President of Treasury. With over 15 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in the automotive industry, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. In her new role, Heather will oversee Treasury, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. She will be spearheading efforts to streamline operations, implement strategic initiatives to reach company goals, and foster strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors.
