A new chapter is unfolding for Sabará Children’s Hospital at the corner of Rua dos Pinheiros and Avenida Rebouças. Designed by our São Paulo studio, this future pediatric complex is set to become one of the largest of its kind in Latin America. The project represents a pivotal moment for the city, transforming the Pinheiros neighborhood into a thriving urban center. Building on a legacy that began in 1962, the hospital will continue Sabará’s mission to create spaces that nurture and promote children's development. “The new hospital reflects Sabará’s core belief: that children are developing human beings and need spaces and processes that support their full potential,” says Cristiane D'Andrea from the foundation’s expansion center. The building’s design reflects this vision. With its oval, rounded facade evoking the comfort of a hug, the architecture emphasizes flow and receptivity, creating a welcoming space for young patients. Stay tuned for the grand opening of this exciting new landmark!
