Unlocking a 13-fold performance advantage is the hallmark of top-performing companies, and their leaders share common strategies, as revealed by a survey of over 2,000 global executives. The key differentiators include executives with strategic foresight, a focus on performance-driving activities, and a commitment to enterprise-wide transformation paired with a bias toward action. The impact? Top-quintile companies enjoy a performance premium over 13 times that of their industry peers. 🔍 Strategic foresight, encapsulating a deep understanding of business ecosystems, managed services partnerships, and new technologies, propels these leaders. Notably, they are 1.5 times more likely to concurrently focus on all three key dimensions. A distinctive trait is their unwavering commitment to tight strategic focus, emphasizing unique value creation over being a jack-of-all-trades. 🌐 Leaders aspiring to similar success must hone skills for leading under uncertainty.
