Our Latest Manuscript is Now Live! 📚 I am delighted to announce the publication of our original manuscript titled "Face-to-face and telerehabilitation delivery of circuit training have similar benefits and acceptability in patients with knee osteoarthritis: a randomised trial". In this groundbreaking study, we explored the effectiveness of telerehabilitation in delivering a periodized circuit training program for adults with knee osteoarthritis. Our findings reveal that telerehabilitation is non-inferior to face-to-face care in improving pain intensity and physical function. But that's not all – we also delved into clinical and morphological characteristics to uncover comprehensive insights. How can it be identified and measured? What is its predictive value? What does the current evidence show? These are some of the questions Dr. Naila Makhani from the Yale School of Medicine discusses in this issue of eMultipleSclerosis Review. 1.0 ANCC Contact Hours (free) https://buff.ly/3pUYRQe

New free online course with Eric Plakun. All clinicians face the problem of working with patients whose treatments are not going well and who are not making progress. Clinicians often label these patients as "difficult" or "treatment resistant." This presentation addresses clinicians' own contributions to this experience, including the role of reductionist biomedical perspectives that do not match evolving evidence. The presentation also summarizes psychodynamic principles that may improve outcomes and the role of intermediate levels of care in treating some of these patients. https://lnkd.in/eqD6Xme6
