What is the 4-way test? It is Rotary's way to remind ourselves how to take into account everyone's point of view and concerns on top of everyone's needs and wants. 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? This doesn't stop at reciting the 4-way test at meetings. The Rotary Club of Loveland and many others take the 4-way test to the local schools to help young students understand how to make decisions based on their pov, concerns, needs, and wants as well as taking their peers' pov, concerns, needs, and wants into consideration. This is how Rotary teaches the next generation to work with each other, not against each other. #rotaryclubofloveland #4waytest #studenteducation
