3wI've been trying to get my device repaired since May 24th. It's been almost a month, and your service is atrocious. Recently, I contacted one of your service centers at Jabel Ali, Jumbo, and they were supposed to arrange the parts by Friday, June 14th. By the way, this is the second so-called "service center" I've visited. My first visit was to ICell, who redirected me to Media City, falsely claiming the device could be replaced at the main service center. Anyway, the guy from Jumbo Jabel Ali called me in the morning and said the parts wouldn't be available until after Eid holidays. Why didn't he order the part earlier, as I had already informed him earlier that week? Samsung seems like they don't care about their customers as the after-sale service is horrendous. You should learn from Apple, they are way better than you guys when it comes to service. I need this sorted ASAP, or else I'm filing an official complaint with the consumer court. The delay in parts is not my problem, so I suggest you replace my device as soon as possible. Your faulty device has cost me time and money and has impacted both my personal life and work, as it randomly reboots and leaves me stranded or unable to attend meetings using my phone.
