If you've followed my page for sometime then this shouldn't be surprising at all. OTT was always going to become E-Cable TV. 🤷♂️ || What is interesting to think about is: What is going to be the next Media Medium or communication tool, post the Social Media Era?? I don't think it is that Philosopher Investor's voice note sharing platform that everyone is talking about. I have a feeling it'll go back to by invite-only communication; like a Blackberry's "BBM". Thereby, while you may have a social media presence catering to millions; you may only choose to give real time communication access to only 15 - 20 people. Instead of wanting to keep tabs on everyone i.e. random friends, distant relatives & acquaintances - you will focus on keeping quality relationships with maybe 15-20 people, daily. What do you feel?
