These take years to set up; there is no reason why a non statutory body cannot be established initially and in the meantime in the spirit of collaboration and further research

Leaving Behind a Real Legacy. Franz Beckenbauer, one of the greatest footballers, has passed away. Unlike other footballing greats who are usually attacking players, he was a defender. But he wasn't a typical defender that man-marks the opposing striker or just kicks the ball away as far as possible. He was a "sweeper" or libero, a skilful ball-playing defensive player who dictates the play from deep. While Beckenbauer is not the one who created the role, he popularised it. He changed the way defensive players play for generations after him. This IS leaving behind a legacy. Many people use the term "legacy planning" quite loosely, thinking it is the same as estate planning. But legacy planning does not just mean passing down cash, assets or businesses, though it involves that. It is also about passing down values or philosophies that guide how the future generations do things. It is a lasting influence that goes beyond physical wealth.
