Customer Support is most certainly part of the CX, and an important part at that, but CX responsibilities span from the product manager to the data team, the support crew the executive leadership. Evolve CX Nuggets Winning Together Through CX! In the world of business, we all like to win. We like to win new clients, to win a bigger market share, to win by hitting set revenue targets, to win awards, and much more. When we win, we feel that our efforts have yielded results. Winning inspires us to keep doing better and being better! Many businesses are winning together through Customer Experience (CX). CX is a collective effort that requires the coordination of all. Those who are winning together through CX are doing a few things differently:- 1. They are getting everybody involved in CX initiatives from the CEO to the Tea Expert and recognize that CX is not a preserve of those in the CX function. As such, their CX vision is openly and widely communicated,  ideas and feedback for CX improvements are sought and the teams are kept updated. 2. They are working together effectively (not in silos) to create and deliver positive and seamless internal and external customer experiences across all functions - IT is working closely with CX on digital transformation, HR is working with CX on EX etc. To do so, such businesses are intentionally creating a collaborative culture and reviewing customer insights together. 3. They are celebrating CX success together... leaving no one behind. They acknowledge success including the small wins of a security guard who always goes the extra mile, arrange for regular team celebrations (not the once-a-year party), and share success stories companywide. #keepevolving #customercentricity #customerexperience #WinningTogether
