I have a guilty pleasure...fast food, especially Panda Express. However, it seems that since the pandemic and the rise of mobile/online ordering, businesses are neglecting a key aspect of their operations - the customer experience. Standing amidst 30 boxes of food for mobile orders, a 5-10 minute wait has turned into a 25-30 minute ordeal. This isn't an isolated incident - it's a pattern I've noticed at multiple restaurants over the past month.
