Feel depressed or anxious around your period? 😔 🩸 We're offering a free program where women offer support when they're feeling OK, and receive it when they're feeling low. It works like this: 1: We meet once a week, talk about our issues and support each other in the moment. 2: We pair you up with someone whose period is out of sync with yours. They'll support you when you're feeling low, and you'll do the same for them. 3. Everyone will get one-to-one support where needed from a psychologist, who'll help you build the skills & support system you'll need to pull yourself up when you're down.
