LIFE UPDATE: After the ride of a lifetime as Deputy Director at Rondo Community Land Trust, I am moving on for my next adventure. I am immensely proud of what I was able to accomplish at Rondo CLT alongside a stellar team. Some of those highlights for me are: - Co-developing the “reparative economic development framework” - Charting the course of the organization’s development in a three year strategic growth plan - Successfully leading institutional fundraising - Shepherding the re-launch of Golden Thyme (coming soon!) - Weaving the relationships to establish the Saint Paul Shared Ownership Collaborative These were all labors of love. This role asked a great deal of me, evolved my leadership and crystallized my values. And though there is more (exciting) work yet to be done at Rondo CLT, it is in excellent hands. My last day will be October 21, 2024. To mark this transition and re-set, I’m skipping town, hopping on a plane to Palma De Majorca (Spain) for an advanced women’s only cycling camp to challenge my body and spirit in new ways! When I’m back, I’m refocusing energy back into my consulting practice, E. Coco Consulting and keeping an eye out for new opportunities. If you know me, you know I’m a builder at heart.
