Through the startup marketing course, I had the opportunity to apply my learning by creating a marketing plan for a real-life company-Celley Marketplace. I have the opportunity of working alongside Ravi Shankar Mantha, Kartik Jain, Piyush Pant, Jung Soo Ko, and Ayushi Sehgal, where we will give our final presentation to Cheyenne Legerton- Founder, Celley Marketplace. Before talking about our presentation, let me give a brief introduction to Celley Marketplace. It is a dynamic startup, aiming to revolutionize the event management industry,allowing customers to choose from a wide range of options while enabling vendors to reach their intended target customers effectively. Here are the key takeaways from our Presentation: Mission statement: We examined Celley’s mission, understanding how it aims to solve the pain points of the customers and vendors. We also explored how it can enhance productivity and overall experience. Unique Selling Proposition (USP): We highlighted what sets Celley apart from the key competitors and discussed strategies to further strengthen its position in the industry. Market trends Analysis: We analyzed both primary and secondary research data points in the event planning industry. Last month I declined a $4k client. Now I am closing out a $5k one. These were *very* difficult. But, I know it is right for my business. Scary?
