Within digital commerce the only constant is change. Our business is evolving from Omnichannel to an Interconnected Ecosystem. Omnichannel excellence requires a different strategic focus 🎯 Much has changed since the pandemic started. Consumer commerce expectations have become extremely high, requiring brands to put in more effort to enhance the customer experience So how leaders can improve their customer experience in Omni channel management? How are Retail Media funding sources impacting Organizational Structures within brands? 📌 One of the main impacts is a more synergistic collaboration between #marketing and sales departments within brands.
