We recently launched a new partnership with Business in the Community Northern Ireland aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace throughout Northern Ireland. Within this partnership, a series of peer-learning and best practice-sharing events will be held specifically for EDI leaders. The first event was held in March at Allstate Northern Ireland with attendees exploring good practice around strategic priorities such as influence and buy in at Board level and throughout the organisation, and creating a culture where Employee Resource Groups can thrive.
