At our recent town hall, UNFCU's President & CEO, John Lewis provided some key organizational updates, ensuring transparency and clarity within our organization. He also took this opportunity to spotlight UNFCU's employee development programs, with some participants sharing their experiences. This inspirational panel was evidence of our unwavering commitment to the personal and professional growth of our staff. A special highlight was hearing from Tim Challen, founder of the Kilimanjaro Initiative. Tim shared his inspiring journey and the profound impact of corporate social responsibility can have on our organization. This reinforces the significant role UNFCU plays in making a difference not just to our members, but the world. Together, we're not just building careers, we're helping to build a better world. #unfcu #unfculife #unfcuculture #unfcupeople #peaceofmind #creditunions #corporatesocialresponsibility #EmployeeDevelopment #leadership

This Town Hall has reinforced my enthusiasm for the work we do and the direction we are heading. Let’s continue to engage actively, share our insights, and contribute to making our organization an even better workplace. The overview of our talent development programs, including Accelerate, Evolve, Thrive, and RISE, was particularly exciting to me. Hearing the positive experiences of our colleagues who participated in these programs made me very interested and excited, especially about Accelerate and RISE, as they support professional growth and career advancement.
