📣 Nominations for the Microsoft Power Women Awards are open until May 8th! Are you a Woman Leader in technology and a champion for inclusion? We want to hear from you! As a Women in Tech for over 20 years and a mother of 2 girls, I know the importance of leading by example and paying it forward. One of the greatest joys in life is serving and empowering others. Growing up in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, I was fortunate to have role models in my family and also here in The Netherlands, where I built my career, who taught me valuable lessons on grit, resilience, and empathy. Did your journey in the tech industry inspire others? Women currently hold only 29% of all tech roles and representation drops to 17.8% and 12.4% for high-level leadership positions such as VP and C-suite, respectively. Let's change these statistics and pave the way for female tech talent to thrive! The Microsoft Power Women Awards celebrate and elevate inspirational women working within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Through the Awards, we hope to inspire others and recognize the achievements of women in the tech industry. All 19 winners will be invited to join the Microsoft Women's Leadership Program 2nd Edition, developed by Professor Jennifer Louise Petriglieri at the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. Let's work together to create a more inclusive and diverse tech industry! #WomenInTech #MicrosoftEMEA #MSFTAdvocate #MSPartners #PartnersMakeMorePossible
