We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. The role demands expertise in utilizing job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms, and a deep understanding of search formats to identify suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and other channels to source and attract qualified candidates for IT roles across various technologies.
Search Expertise: Leverage advanced search techniques and Boolean search strings to find potential candidates with specific skill sets and experiences.
Job Description Understanding: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and use relevant keywords to target the right candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess technical skills through interviews to shortlist the best candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth hiring process, providing them with regular updates and managing expectations.
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, particularly for IT roles.
Job Portals Expertise: Strong expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for sourcing candidates.
Search Formats: Proficient in using advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches and keyword optimization, to identify potential candidates.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Technical Hiring Knowledge: A solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the ability to assess candidates’ technical competencies.
Immediate Joiners: Preferably candidates who can join within 0-30 days.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience in hiring for various domains such as Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
