🧠Copywriting Partner| I insert myself in your business to create copy that helps you increase leads, conversions and revenue. | 💰Done $700k+ for clients.
I was so scared… The first day I resumed at work as a Pharmaceutical sales rep. I was kinda excited. It’s the first time I was doing a sales job and I really wanted to make an impact and get results. The first few days were kinda fun because all we did was sales training. But the real thing started a couple of days later. So one of those days I was going to try to sign up new distributors to my company. My target was 2 distributors per month. So I set out. But when I got to the place to meet the potential distributor I was scared. 😅😅. I didn’t want to go in. I imagined the worse and kept telling myself that they would just blow me off. After battling with my inner demons, I finally went in and pitched my offer. Crazy thing is, they were interested and we moved on from there to do business. Listen, this same thing happens when you are thinking about doing outreach for your business. You are scared you won’t get a reply. You are scared that they may reject or blow you off. Those feelings are normal. But they aren’t fact. They are just feelings! So put them aside and send that message. Do that outreach. If you have a service or product of value to offer. Don’t be shy to outreach and tell more people about it. This has helped me in the past to start relationships and even get new clients. Use it! Do you do outreach? Tell me in the comments. . . . #copywriter

Premier Sales & Finance Recruiting for Medical and Industrial Suppliers | Manufacturers & Distributors | Products | Parts | Equipment | Machinery | Services
Not all sales territory openings are equal... When faced with vacant territories, sales leaders sometimes default to seeking carbon copy replacements. However in medical sales, a huge factor in determining the optimal rep profile is the territory's history. Inheriting a high-performing territory with loyal accounts may allow for a steward focused on relationships. Low-performing zones need a hunter to rebuild traction. While stagnant geographies warrant an innovator who rethinks the entire market. Failing to align talent to territory realities leads to mismatches.

Entry level medical sales roles are most often not entry level sales roles. An entry level sales role is at a large Fortune 500 company selling B2B. You can find these on google by searching “Selling Power’s Top 50”. Entry level MEDICAL sales roles are most often “Associate Sales Representatives” or TM positions that require 6-12 months of sales experience and is your “entry” to the medical sales world. I notice some people looking for device roles get frustrated on here saying that nobody will give them a shot, not knowing that med device sales isn’t an entry level sales job. Guarantee yourself a med device role by getting entry level sales experience for 6-12 months and becoming a top candidate applying for an ASR position. OR: Take a breath, realize you’re going after a position that requires more experience than you have, and increase your sales and presentation skills, network more, and prepare more than any other candidate going for that ASR position who has sales experience. Stay positive, hungry, and curious! Good luck!

Simplify The job of a Medical Sales Representative is COMPLEX. Is it really? Early in my career, my manager shared with me the KISS Principle. Thank you Reagan Ragnes! In the busy, high-pressure world of medical sales, KISS seems to WORK. What is KISS? ➡️ “Keep It Simple Stupid” Can we use the word “stupid” today. Thoughts? Needless to say…I was over complicating the job. This is how I simplified my behaviors to obtain positive RESULTS: 📌 Focus on the BASICS - Show up - Share something - Ask questions - Overcome objections - Ask for specific utilization - Follow up 📌 What are the true PRIORITIES in the territory? - Patients - Time with customers - Grow existing business - Find new business 📌 Ask for help - Utilized the team around me - Surround myself with TOP performers - Work with a mentor 📌 Remove the CLUTTER - Doesn’t help the territory…Gone! - Doesn’t help with my development…Delete! - Doesn’t help my family…Trash! 📌 LIVE my true North (Different for everyone) - Help people - Move away from poverty - Take my family on a vacation - Retire at 55 How do you make your medical device or pharmaceutical sales job less complex? ⬇️ Comment Below ⬇️ Serve your Customers, manage your Territory, and have FUN. Happy Selling! _______________________________ ♻️ Re-Post if you for this message useful. 💰 Medical sales career coaching prices increase December 1, 2023. #medtech #meddevice #medicalsales #medicalsalesrep #sales #learning #develpment #career #b2b #pharmaceutical #pharmajobs #pharmasales #pharmaceuticalsales #leadership #results

Stop hiring brokers to do your "dirty" work (sales). Yeah, you like the commission-only structure. But it's not going to get the job done. Because medical cannabis transactions are complicated and heavily regulated. And whoever is doing the sales needs to have the following... 1) Direct contact with key members of the team - Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Executives 2) A deep understanding of the company - Processes, Procedures, Capabilities 3) Full transparency on the product - Strain, potency, test results etc. Most brokers can manage to get the info for #3 But 1 and 2 are more difficult for brokers. So either bring someone in house. Or Hire a fractional sales director! 😉 Stop trying to save money on sales. They keep the lights on... With Love, Steven Arthur George Ps. I've been marketing and selling legal medical cannabis in Europe, Israel, and Australia since 2017. Don't forget about knowledge and experience as well...
