Christopher, May be fresh food, but I see a lot of hard-working, under -paid, over-worked dedicated people so busy that they might take 6 minutes for them to notice that I am waiting quietly to order my favorites.. chili and a baked potato with bacon and cheese which at most Wendy's are of.minimal in toppings. This is around Cincinnati, OH, a very Chili-loving town. Twice now in 5 visits around the area, when ordering a W-tater, I was told there were no potatoes at one place, I'd have to wait 2 hours to have one arrive at the 2nd place. My question is this.. 'What would Dave say abiut this?' I think I should at least receive a Wendy's gift certificate for some satisfied baked potato (Boil them 1st, btw) eating as well. Oh, yes.. CONGRATULATIONS!!
Congratulations! West Coast represent!

General Manager at The Wendy's Company
1moI really hope that you take a real good look at the buffalo market. I was a GM of a very difficult store that I was very successful at. Numbers better than any other gm at that store. I left because it had turned into something that wasn't pleasant. Bosses changed and everyone's work ethic just went down hill. Training for management was minimal. I had to interview and hire/ and fully train my own managers/ crew. Which I didn't mind I got used to it but when it came down to pay and reviews it was never there. I had gone to other stores to organize and clean because they would not have passed their inspection. I loved my job. I loved my customers. I loved my store. I loved my crew and managers. I was devoted to my DM. And when it came down to appreciating me for my work and giving me a raise....I was told nope. So I left. I worked for wendys for 13 years. I wanted to get promoted to DM within another year or 2. I wanted to retire at wendys.
