To all heavy duty operators out there, Here is the reason why employers do state it out on their job adverts over your knowledge on the job you're seeking for. They will be like, do you have a mining pit experience on excavator.....? Applicant due to been anxious to get a job, he will say yes. I do tell my trainees, that, in the field of heavy equipment, there's difference between a mechanic testing a particular and that of heavy equipment operator testing a particular machine. The reason/ difference between the two, is that mechanic can only move the equipment, but operator moves the machine and engage it on a job. The man who make a plan for lifting he is called Originator(RIGGER) ■Types of Rigger: ▪︎Rigger I ▪︎Rigger II ▪︎Rigger III ■Who will make lifting plan? Rigger I or Rigger II ■Who will approve lifting plan?
