Yeti Foods - Reimagine the plate!   Today we’re launching our new Yeti Foods identity. Yeti Foods is an ambitious cellular agriculture play, to grow the future food the world needs. In Yeti Foods we believe in great meals. That eating well shouldn’t be compromised in taste, nutrition or sustainability. No bland flavors, no mushy textures. Just delicious products to build your meal around. And like the search for the mythical yeti, we are also tireless in our pursuit of discovering beyond the traditional, developing offerings that have eluded the market today. We push the boundaries of taste and nutrition and explore beyond alternatives, aiming for a new primary for center plate. Yeti foods uses metabolic engineering to design and grow yeast biomass for delicious and healthy food – for you and for the planet. Our technology is coming out of research by Jonathan Dahlin in the lab of Irina Borodina, at DTU Biosustain. Yeti Foods is incubated in the Bio Studio program at BioInnovation Institute.
