We were excited to gift one of our graduates a brand-new tool bag graciously donated by Chadwell Supply at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Trade Show. This particular individual has come a long way since entering the program, moving from housekeeping to a promotion in maintenance within the first six months on the job! We are excited to announce that Maria Williams has joined our City Advisory Board here in Nashville. Maria Williams, CAM, is the Regional Business Director for Rasa Floors. Maria brings over 15 years of multi-family experience as a Property Manager in the Nashville market. Now as a supplier, she brings her years of on-site experience to the communities she serves. We are celebrating another participant getting hired here in Nashville! Brittany discovered Entryway at a job fair hosted by Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. After completing our leasing training, she interviewed with New Earth Residential and was offered a position as a leasing agent just three weeks later. This past month, Entryway and Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. celebrated Robby's one year graduation of our program with Greystar. Just over a year ago, he graduated from the Goodwill Construction Class and worked through our program to find the right opportunity. We were thrilled to present him with an award and a tool bag full of new tools, generously donated by Chadwell Supply.
