Below is a glimpse of our newly deployed HPC Hub in UK, featuring our Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) setup for cold data. This new hub is designed to efficiently handle vast amounts of data, providing a robust storage solution that scales with Viridien growing needs. Beyond cold storage, we are actively managing (Globally at Viridien) over 300PB of hot data, supporting over 1 million jobs daily. Our system's versatility is unmatched—whether it's reading or writing data from different types of tapes, USBs, NAS disks, or even directly from the cloud, we've got it covered. This capability ensures seamless data access and management across various media types, giving us the flexibility to support complex and high-volume workflows.
