About our speakers: Karina Ricks has deep experience working at the intersection of transportation, land use, and just economic development. She began her career working overseas then spending almost two decades in Washington, DC during the profound transformation of that city prior to moving to Pittsburgh. She currently leads Cityfi - a nationally renowned, woman-owned strategic advising firm that works across public and private sectors to promote innovative solutions for both people and planet Since joining PRT in 2018 as CEO, Katharine Kelleman has focused on providing safe, reliable, and more affordable and accessible transit service to the Pittsburgh region. She has established better communication with customers, fought to find creative and incremental solutions for a more equitable fare system, and championed the development of a 25-year plan for the agency.
