Trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy & Somatic Experiencing, I have experience working with family violence, trauma, ADHD and emotional regulation, depression and anxiety. I am continually updating myself in the latest neuro-scientific research and committed to providing a non-oppressive practice, acknowledging your culture and unique circumstances.
