Welcome, I'm glad you are here. Everyone needs a safe place sometimes, a place to untangle and explore thoughts and feelings without them being judged. If your relationship is hurting you and you are worried that therapy will push you to leave before you ready or try to mend it when you are ready to move on, that's not my approach. I understand those struggles first hand. I am here to support you through whatever it is you need right now. I also have deep understanding and compassion for those who have mood disorders or personality disorders and am honoured to support you.
You know yourself best, but unique experiences can create obstacles that seem overwhelming. When I am working with a client that goal is understanding what those obstacles are and how we can begin to move past them if we choose.
With a trauma informed, neuropsychotherapy understanding of how the mind, brain, and body can work together to create healing changes, it's my goal that from our very first meeting, you will feel hope that change is possible. If talking feels hard, we can do movement or art instead. I would love to hear your story and to work with you on whatever you need.
