I work with individuals, families, and couples particulary from immigrant, racialized, and LGBTQ+ communities. Currently, I'm available both in-person & virtualy in Ontario and virtualy in BC. I believe that challenges and struggles people face are intricately tied to systemic and societal factors. Through collaborative and therapeutic work, my goal is to aid persons in cultivating a healthier and more fulfilling self-perception, interpersonal relationships and life experiences, alongside fostering transformative healing from trauma.
My therapeutic approach encompasses addressing (Complex) Trauma, how to repair and strengthen relationships, and enhancing emotional and physical intimacy. My therapy approach operates from trauma and culturally informed, intersectional, anti-racist, feminist, and 2SLQBTQ+-affirming values.
I am passionate about supporting people living with challenges associated with identity-based trauma, mixed-race identity, settlement, family issues, mental health and stress management with trauma-informed therapy.
