I am a Spravato Treatment Center specializing in Spravato for treatment resistant depression. I am amazed daily with seeing clients depression improve after years of struggling with lingering symptoms despite trying and failing other medications or only finding minimal relief with their current medications. My goal is to help every individual reach their fullest potential.

My ideal patient is seeking an experienced medication management provider who embraces a holistic approach to mental and physical health. You may need a new or different psychiatric medication, or you may need health coaching, or you may need someone to help you advocate differently with your primary care physician. Or you may need all of these things! I am motivated to travel WITH my patients, to make sure they feel heard and understood, and to collaborate on a treatment plan. We will leave no stone unturned.

Working with women is my main focus - women struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and grief are a few of the issues I have a love for addressing. I am passionate about helping women build stronger, more satisfying lives, and I work hard to help you achieve your goals and begin to thrive instead of just "existing." I currently offer CBT and ACT therapy services with a background as a previous prescriber. I understand both medical and mental health sides of therapy, and I am continually striving to expand my therapy modalities and provide clients with the most effective forms of treatment!

Dr. Yarberry is a Little Rock native. She attended Mt. St. Mary Academy, then Lyon College, and received her medical degree at Ohio University. Dr. Yarberry completed both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her last two years she served as Chief Resident and Co-Chief Resident. She is double board certified in Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry. When she's not in the office she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, cat and adorable Chihuahua.

Melissa is proficient in modalities like Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems, using guided meditation techniques to address trauma. She is passionate about the evolving field of psychiatry, particularly the integration of psychedelic medicine. Beyond clinical practice, Melissa empowers her clients by educating them to actively participate in their healthcare journey.

Chloe (Cyd) Ward is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has provided clinical services for adults with serious mental illnesses as well as for individuals with traumatic stressors or difficulty managing anxiety and depression. She understands that being diagnosed with a serious mental illness doesn’t have to define you, but rather is just one component of who you are. She believes in addressing the root cause of an illness whether that be an addiction, childhood trauma, or wellness concerns. Cyd is an empathic listener and cares deeply for her patients, colleagues, friends, and family.

My passion is to provide mental health care to each client with a whole body approach to wellness in a safe and supportive environment. Professional nursing experience includes 16 years of inpatient oncology/stem cell transplant, palliative care, and mental health. Current treatment areas include mood disorders, women's issues, sleep disorders, schizophrenia disorders, and trauma. All populations are served. As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I enjoy helping older children, adolescents, and adults achieve their goals and improve their lives. My emphasis is medication management, but I often also recommend counseling. I welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community. While I do see older adults, I do not specialize in dementia or geriatric psychiatry.

Stephanie Bohannon is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating patients across the lifespan. She believes in treating the patient holistically by using a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, exercise, nutrition, and procedures, such as Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). While developing a treatment plan, she considers the patient’s mental, physical, and spiritual health. Additionally, she strongly believes in empowering her patients by educating them on different treatment options and making them an active part of their treatment.

Martha "Mattie" Shaw is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is board certified to manage a wide range of mental health issues which include PTSD, depression, insomnia, and anxiety. Mattie's role as a PMHNP includes assessing, diagnosing, making treatment recommendations, and medication management.

I'm not your typical psychiatrist; I don't smoke cigars, have a beard, or wear a bow-tie. I see pre-teens, teenagers, and adults for psychiatric evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, medication management, and counseling. I do testing and evaluations for ADHD and I'm also board certified in Addiction Medicine. I see patients with a wide variety of issues. Brittany Seifert is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and emergency crisis settings. Brittany recognizes the importance of treating the whole person: mind and body. She has an integrative approach that focuses on the individual as a whole, not just a diagnosis.
