Dr. Nguyen graduated medical school from Medical University of the Americas in 2013 and completed four years of residency specializing in psychiatry at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman, OK. Dr. Nguyen also serves as the consulting psychiatrist at a residential eating disorder center, an acute inpatient psychiatric facility and OU's Athletic Department caring for athletes. Dr. Nguyen emphasizes the use of evidence-based medicine, incorporating a psychotherapeutic, psychosocial, psychopharmacological, and holistic approach.
