During my 30 years of practicing psychiatry, I've come to firmly believe that our connection as caregiver and patient is the single biggest reason clients either get healthier or continue to struggle. This means it's crucial for us to spend time connecting. It means I need to hear your story, the ups and downs, the successes, the failures and the frustrations with previous treatment. More than anything though, it means that we need to be honest with one another. Only then, in the midst of hearing about your journey, can I give my greatest effort to help you. Danielle Griffin is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan. She has experience working in the inpatient psychiatric setting, intensive outpatient programming, and outpatient medication management. Currently accepting patients 10 and up.

Many patients I see are seeking change. Change from their current symptoms, history of family dysfunction, or response to the world around them. They are pursuing fulfillment. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my focus is medication management. My aim is to collaborate with patients and set mutual goals to help in this pursuit of fulfillment. I believe the foundation of a strong relationship is honesty and empathy, this is true of the working relationship between provider and patient. I have long had an interest in mental health, first earning a degree in psychology prior to becoming a nurse.

I seek to serve women who are worn out. So much of being a woman is being told to be a certain way, and it's making us ill. As a critical care nurse who burned out and clawed my way back to purpose, I seek to support those in helping positions or professions who realize their coping mechanisms just aren't enough anymore. I'm tired of seeing people at the end of their journey, suffering from a life of stress that has caused physical harm; and want to help people shift into wellness now. A full life with purpose is possible!

I'm not your typical psychiatrist; I don't smoke cigars, have a beard, or wear a bow-tie. I see pre-teens, teenagers, and adults for psychiatric evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, medication management, and counseling. I do testing and evaluations for ADHD and I'm also board certified in Addiction Medicine. I see patients with a wide variety of issues. My practice was born out of a desire to escape the transactional nature of modern corporate medicine and provide authentic, person-centered care that is not driven by metrics and checkboxes. Michelle Head is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is new to the profession, but has diverse experience in mental health, and is always looking to better her practice through implementing new research.

Dr. Yarberry is a Little Rock native. She attended Mt. St. Mary Academy, then Lyon College, and received her medical degree at Ohio University. Dr. Yarberry completed both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her last two years she served as Chief Resident and Co-Chief Resident. She is double board certified in Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry. When she's not in the office she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, cat and adorable Chihuahua.

My name is Stephanie Patterson. As a practitioner, I aim to provide kind, personable, and compassionate care to each patient throughout their healing journey. I have more than 19 years of experience in nursing care. And 2+ years’ experience as a mental health nurse. In my new role as psychiatric nurse practitioner, it is my goal to genuinely hear your concerns, provide a safe space and to form the best possible, individualized treatment plan. I believe in holistic care and offer interventions such as psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychedelic mental health treatment with other wellness techniques to treat the mind and body.

This board certification enables me to treat mental health across the lifespan, which allows me to care for and prescribe medicine for children, teens, and adults. My background includes working in an intensive care unit, outpatient care, and crisis stabilization, as well as interning in many outpatient psychiatric settings. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, sleep disorders, crises, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and more.

I am a licensed, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have an interest in treating the mental health care needs of the adult and older adult populations. I primarily treat depression, anxiety, bipolar, and PTSD disorders. I offer medication management and supportive therapy for clients. I also incorporate a collaborative approach and may refer to​ more specialized therapy options that could be beneficial.
