Our practice consists of a team of licensed Drs, therapists, and social workers working together to provide the best mental healthcare services to our patients. We provide comprehensive Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatric treatment, and psychotherapy in a non-judgmental, patient-centered environment. They will evaluate your current and past symptoms, provide information about your diagnosis, explain the possible side effects of your medication, and ensure the medication does not interfere with others you take. Mental Health and Wellness requires individualized approach. My goal of treatment is to collaborate with the client, identify and improve client's strengths while working with them to identify and work on areas of weakness. There is no magic pill to take away stress, but it's effect on our mental health can be effectively managed using joint effort. Limitations exist solely within us; we can realize our full potential with adequate support and the right mind-set.

Ideally my patient is as invested in their care as I am. They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. My patients want to get to the best version of themselves and are willing to try therapy as well as medications to help them reach that goal. My patient wants an empathetic, listening provider who can guide their care based on the evidence, but tailored to their individual needs.

I am Dr. Ogeyingbo; I have over a decade of experience working as a registered nurse, and I am an ECFMG-certified physician currently working as a Psychiatric nurse practitioner. I share a unique bonding with my clients and value working with them as a team.

Dr Liszewski sees individuals for psychotherapy and medication management. She specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety and personality disorders. She has specializations in reproductive psychiatry, trauma disorders and neuropsychiatry. Dr. Liszewski also does limited psychological/psychoeducational testing. Her therapeutic focus is tailored to meet the needs of the individual however she has formal training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Robert A. Herman, M.D., FAPA, received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1983. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at New York University-Bellevue Hospital Center in 1987 and completed psychoanalytic training at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1992. He was certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is a Distinguished Life Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Herman has taught at New York University, Columbia University, the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

I am currently licensed to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the state of Maryland.
