I am a former faculty member of the University of Michigan School of Nursing where I taught undergraduate and graduate level theory and clinical courses in psychiatric nursing. I collaborate with teenagers, adults and older adults to work through a wide range of difficulties that are a part of the human experience: mood and anxiety related concerns, sleep difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, loss and grief, social anxiety, PTSD or traumatic events.
