Susha is a dual ANCC board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 21 years of experience. She began her training at University of Detroit Mercy, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and received a Post Master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of Michigan Flint. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.

I take a holistic approach to psychiatric care. A complete assessment is done at every initial visit which includes a diagnostic interview and medication management if the person chooses. I provide information and the person chooses how they want to move forward. New patients: Text or email your full name, DOB, phone number, and email address and type of insurance to our office number. You will receive a questionnaire via email to make sure we can provide the care you need. We do have openings for virtual psychiatric appts and therapy. -Most of our appointments are virtual so electronic correspondence is required.

Dr. Arif Patel is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He obtained his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at Authority Health, an affiliate of Michigan State University. In addition, he has completed a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Fellowship from the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute. He has 4 years of clinical experience. Dr. Patel's practice focuses primarily on medication management. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes and incorporate elements of supportive psychotherapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing.

I am board certified Child and Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for wellness and integrative care of psychopharmacology with psychotherapy. I utilize a holistic, client centric approach to mental health where compassionate and supportive care are fostered. I am well-versed in working with clients individually and therapeutically treating diverse concerns that include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, post traumatic stress disorders and ADHD. Evidence-based techniques are employed in treatment to equip patients with the ability to cope and succeed in daily life and achieve optimal wellness.

She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services and expanding access to care. Rachel possesses strong clinical skills as well as a natural ability to build rapport with patients.

Dr. Kachman is a Michigan trained physician with deep roots in southwest Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from Michigan State University Honors College, and her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008 from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. She completed her residency in psychiatry in 2012 at Michigan State University’s Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. Dr. Kachman, who has been board certified in psychiatry since 2013. She has over 10 years of experience working with patients.
