I have a great passion for psychiatry and have been practicing nursing for 15 years. I obtained my graduate psychiatric specialty at Wayne State University and am eager to provide compassionate, evidence based psychiatric care.

Connecting with each client is a vital part of my practice, knowing each person is valuable, not “just a number“. I find checking in regularly about goals and current satisfaction helps develop a trusting relationship focused on growth. I prioritize working to identify barriers that could hinder progress. Personal mental health, both positive and negative, is multifaceted, which is why I use a holistic approach to treat the whole person, not just symptoms.

I completed two bachelor’s degrees with honors at Grand Valley State University majoring in Biomedical Science and Nursing. I continued my education at Grand Valley State University and graduated with honors with my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I am dedicated to providing the best care possible by staying up to date on the latest evidence-based treatments and actively listening to my patients concerns. I employ a non-judgmental approach to get know my patients so we can create a treatment plan together. Populations I treat include, but are not limited to, teens-end of life, men, women, and LGBTQIA+.

Luann Watts is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in treating the mental health needs of clients of all ages, diagnoses and needs. Luann has 20 years of experience working in healthcare including private practice, hospital and a state of the art free-standing behavioral health hospital supporting a trauma informed care approach. Luann supports motivation interviewing style while providing mental health diagnosis, medication treatment and management while also educating the patient. Luann strives to put her patients needs first.

Dr. Bryan Weinstein is a practicing Michigan psychiatrist with board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been board certified since 1999 and has been practicing psychiatric pharmacology as well as psychotherapy since 1997.

In 2023, I successfully completed my Master of Nursing (MSN) degree and obtained board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My approach to patient care is centered around holistic treatment and a collaborative team approach.
