Grant Gregory is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota in 2014. He has enjoyed working in the behavioral health field since 2006. He has worked and trained in a variety of settings including chemical dependency facilities, adult/child/adolescent inpatient hospitals, outpatient and forensic settings, and in residential treatment of severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Michelle Kotte specializes in depression, anxiety, and insomnia. She takes a holistic approach to your treatment. Michelle is solution based and loves helping her patients meet their treatment and life goals. Michelle has had training in cognitive behavioral therapy from the Beck Institute. Michelle works with patients between the ages of 18-55. She treats patients with anxiety, depression, insomnia, poor concentration, and interpersonal issues. Michelle is a warm provider who uses a direct approach. She is goal-centered and enjoys working with her patients to meet those goals.

Madeline Jacobs is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care.

I believe life’s challenges, including emotional wellness challenges, are like a team sport. You are the most important member of your team. But to play your best game, you need other team members for support, insight, coaching, and practice. My main role on the team is that of equipment manager. Your description of the obstacles and difficulties, coupled with my experience and knowledge, allows us as a team to create the best medication strategy for you. Dr. Ocker graduated from the University of Minnesota, School of Nursing receiving her doctorate in nursing practice specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as receiving a graduate certificate in Integrative Health and Healing. Sara has extensive experience in crisis intervention working with a diverse population as she originally received a BA in Sociology – Law, Crime, and Deviance with a focus on Psychology working at a large metropolitan adult detention center and then at a large metropolitan 911 center. Sara continued her education and received a BS in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica.

You will be first screened for any mental illness and if medication are needed those will be offered. Otherwise we will use counseling techniques such as CBT and DBT to look at the patterns of thought that may be holding you back.
