People seek relief from things like anxiety and depression, wanting to find another way to feel about themselves and their lives. I have a strong interest in working to support healing from trauma. For some trauma is the result of an isolated incident, for others trauma contributes to long-held patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer working well. I believe we are all able to grow, to experience relief, and to heal.
