I help people with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and medical conditions. I have also helped women with infertility issues, menopause, and difficult pregnancies.

Hello! I have been a therapist in the mental health field for over 7 years working with individuals and families from many different walks of life. My approach to therapy is client centered and strengths based, focusing on the specific needs of the individual. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where I work alongside clients to assist them in achieving goals that they see fit for themselves. It is my hope to create an environment where you will feel safe, supported, and free from judgement.

At this time I am not taking on new clients and will be suspending all clinical services starting on 7/26/24 due to moving. Once able to resume clinical services, I will update my profile to reflect this. I currently have no estimate of when I will be able to resume services.

I specialize in gender and neurodivergent affirming therapy for Autistic and ADHD, LGBTQ+ adults. My focus is on supporting those in Gen Z and Millennial generations who are starting to realize that their perfectionism is holding them back and want to better align with their most authentic selves. Dr. Hall is a licensed psychologist in Central Phoenix specializing in neuropsychology and diagnosis. She sees toddlers through young adults (and their families!) for evaluations and brief therapy. Evaluations help uncover the root of an issue, and a diagnosis provides answers. Often our clients have tried a variety of therapies before coming for an evaluation to better understand what's going on. Neuropsychologists have extensive training in brain-behavior relationships and methods for better understanding individual experiences. Dr. Hall works with a team that is also available to provide direct therapy and parent training.

Caroline Garden is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome the challenges of modern-day living. With a master's degree in social work and over ten years of experience, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her therapy practice. Her extensive experience includes working with military populations, school settings, acute and long-term mental health centers and much more.

Choosing to go to therapy can be an overwhelming decision, and finding a therapist that you can feel comfortable opening up about the deeper things can be daunting.
