I am experienced in treating a wide variety of emotional, psychological and relational struggles. I am a preferred provider with most all insurances. Daytime and early evening sessions available.

My clinical focus has been in women's issues and relationship counseling where I help people develop healthy communication and greater harmony in their relationships. I assist women in working through complex issues of grief and loss, and in exploring areas related to personal growth and spiritual development.

I also work with people who experience stress related to other mental illness like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma. My name is Sara Campbell and I am so glad you are here. Starting therapy is hard and scary especially if you've had a bad experience with therapy in the past. Or maybe you have been struggling by yourself for so long, the idea of opening up and being vulnerable is difficult. I try my best to make it easier by focusing on building trust from the beginning (this means we go at your pace) and making your goals the focus of our sessions. I am passionate about working with the perinatal population as well as anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or general life stressors.

I enjoy working with individuals with eating disorders, self - esteem issues, trauma history, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I also work with a lot of clients with family issues and enjoy clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I have had a recent diagnosis which is going to take me away from working as a therapist for the forseeable future. Not able to take on new (long-term) clients, and having to let go of current clients too. I have loved working with you through the years, but for now I've got to work on my own health issues. I earned my Ph.D. in psychology from Saybrook Graduate School in California. I am a Gottman Certified Therapist and I enjoy working with families and marital issues. As a Performance Coach I am dedicated to the development of human potential in sports, music, the corporate board room, and within the families.
