We can start with a fifteen-minute video consultation, free of charge, and you can see whether therapy with me seems right for you. Therapy isn't an instant fix, but many people feel a little lighter even after a session or two. We can meet in my office or you can meet me from the privacy of your own home via telehealth.

My own life experiences, background and clinical training have led me to an understanding and the ability to help my clients get to the important things that drive distress and through the difficult things, often to some manner of resolution. I believe that everything we do makes sense, we often just do not understand why and what purpose it serves. I have extensive experience working with substance abuse and addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I have worked with other clients on a lesser degree that have various other disorders, such eating disorders, sexual disorders, gender identity issues, those on the autism spectrum, delusional disorders, and psychotic disorders.
