I will keep this short and simple. I have always been fascinated with how the mind can heal the brain! My focus in the counseling profession has always been with trauma and how to heal oneself through different therapy models. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , Brain Spotting, Mindfulness Based Emotional Processing, Dialectical behavior and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. My main focus in therapy is "YOU." I will use whatever skills I have and incorporate them into your treatment. I am open minded therapist; therefore nothing you tell me is too big or small!

We offer support for folks in the LGBTQ, poly, kink, and gender diverse communities. I follow the WPATH standards of care when writing letters of support for medical transition and can offer that letter after 1 gender assessment. Every clinician or student intern working with this practice is LGBTQ+ identifying or affirming so this is a safe space for you to explore whatever you wish. I DO NOT provide direct client care. I work with behavioral health professionals, offering assessment, triage for mental health and addiction, and referral to treatment resources. I'm passionate about finding the right fit for individuals struggling with mental health and/or addictive thinking and behaviors. I work with private pay and private insurance.
