Act with respect and integrity
As a company, we embrace our social responsibility to society. We demonstrate a clear and open attitude towards important issues. That includes tolerance and diversity, the environment, digital policy, health, and education. This helps us live up to our aspirations and act fairly both within and outside of the company. For us, this means standing up for a better society in which diversity and inclusion are simply a matter of course.
We strive for success, while never forgetting about respect and integrity for others. We act as a team apart and disagree with one another if needed. We make decisions independently and take responsibility for them, always keeping in line with our company’s values. We take it upon ourselves to ensure that our own actions fall in line with our ethics.
We are well aware of the power of language. We are mindful to show our appreciation in our words, feedback, and communication both in personal discussions and on social media. When talking to others, we try to understand how they have come to their opinion or attitude. For us, respect means showing understanding. Throughout all of this, language is a reflection of our own integrity. Respectful behavior and appreciation are always the foundation for successful collaborations. Respect is always an inner attitude, more than politeness, which is demonstrated first and foremost by our actions. All of this is covered by our Guiding Principle: Act with respect and integrity.
